Create a cohesive visual identity across Total Rewards and Visual Offer Letter portals. These settings are managed in **Settings > Communicate > Appearance** and **Settings > Communicate > About Us**.

### Overview tile settings

Help employees and candidates understand their compensation at a glance. These settings are managed in **Settings > Communicate > Compensation > Overview**.

* **Overview descriptions** - Provide context about the compensation summary being shown

* **Compensation item descriptions** - Add explanatory text for each compensation component (base salary, bonus, equity, etc.) to help recipients understand what each item means

* **Timeframe settings** (employee portal only) - Control what time period the overview represents

* **Visibility controls** - Choose which compensation items appear in the overview and whether they're shown or hidden by default
