Connect Culture Amp

Culture Amp is a performance management integration that syncs performance review data to Pave, including performance cycles, employee ratings, and review details.

Before you connect

You must be an admin in Culture Amp.
Pave must be listed as a partner under Compensation Integrations in your Culture Amp account.
Each performance cycle you want to sync must include a performance question with submitted ratings. Cycles without a performance question will not produce review data.
Performance scores must be finalized and submitted before they appear in Pave. Reviews that are still in progress or have been edited but not resubmitted are excluded.

Connect Culture Amp to Pave

Log in to Culture Amp. Make sure you are logged in as an admin.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Under Compensation Integrations, select Pave.
Click Generate new credential. Copy the Client ID and Client Secret.
In Pave, go to Connections and find Culture Amp.
Paste the Client ID and Client Secret into the form.
Click Submit. Pave verifies the credentials by connecting to Culture Amp.
Go to Connections and verify Culture Amp shows as connected.

Troubleshooting

Connection fails when submitting credentials The Client ID or Client Secret may be incorrect. Return to Culture Amp, generate a new credential, and try again. Make sure you copy the full values without extra spaces.

No data appears after connecting Performance scores must be finalized and submitted in Culture Amp before they sync to Pave. If reviews are still in progress or in a draft state, they will not appear. Check that your performance cycles have completed reviews with submitted ratings.

Some employees are missing from synced data Pave only includes employees who have an email address, a rating value, and a completed manager review. Employees missing any of these are excluded from the sync.

After you connect

Pave syncs performance data from Culture Amp approximately once per hour.
Pave pulls performance cycles from the last two years. Older cycles are not included.
