# Connect Fidelity

Fidelity is an equity management integration that syncs grant data to Pave via file upload. You export a vesting report from Fidelity's Plan Sponsor WebStation, then upload it in Pave.

## Before you connect

* You need an **Administrator** account on the Fidelity Plan Sponsor WebStation.

## Connect Fidelity to Pave


1. Log in to the Fidelity Plan Sponsor WebStation as an Administrator.
2. From the Home page, click the **Reporting** tab and go to **Standard Reporting**.
3. Click **Grant**.
4. Select **CrossTabbed Vesting Report** and fill in the fields to generate the report.
5. Modify the report to include these additional fields:
   * **Client Grant ID**
   * **Grant Date**
   * **Award Currency**
6. Export the report as CSV: go to **Export > Data > CSV**.
7. In Pave, go to **Connections** and find Fidelity.
8. Click **Get started**, then upload the CSV file you exported.

## Troubleshooting

**Upload fails or no data appears** The uploaded file must be in CSV format. Verify that you selected the CrossTabbed Vesting Report and added the Client Grant ID, Grant Date, and Award Currency fields before exporting.

* Employee name, email, employee ID
* Grant ID
* Grant date
* Grant type
* Share count (granted and outstanding)
* Vesting dates and quantities
* Currency
