# Connect Global Shares

Global Shares is an equity management integration that syncs grant data to Pave via file delivery. Setup for this integration is coordinated with your Pave team.

## Before you connect

* You need admin access in Global Shares to generate the required reports.

## Connect Global Shares to Pave

Your Pave team will set up the connection. To prepare, generate these three reports from Global Shares:


1. **Grant & Award Activity**: includes grant activity per participant (granted, vested, exercised, forfeited, and expired share counts).
2. **Grant Balances Tranche Level**: includes grant details and tranche-level balances per participant.
3. **Vest Details**: includes vesting schedule details per grant.

Provide all three reports to your Pave team to complete the setup.

## Troubleshooting

**No data appears after setup** All three reports are required. If any report is missing, the integration cannot process the data.

## Fields that sync

Custom mappings may apply to your account.

* Employee name, email, employee ID
* Grant ID
* Grant date
* Grant type
* Share count (adjusted for forfeitures and expirations)
* Vesting start date, vesting end date
* Vesting schedule
