# Connect Pulley

Pulley is an equity management integration for private companies that syncs grant data to Pave via OAuth.

## Before you connect

* You must have **admin privileges** in Pulley.

## Connect Pulley to Pave


1. In Pave, go to **Connections** and find Pulley.
2. Click **Authorize**. You will be redirected to Pulley.
3. Log in with your admin account and authorize Pave to access your equity data.
4. You will be redirected back to Pave. Go to **Connections** and verify the Pulley integration shows as connected.

## Troubleshooting

**Connection fails after authorizing** If you have access to multiple companies in Pulley, the connection requires additional configuration to specify which company to sync.

**No data appears after connecting** Verify that your Pulley account has active grants. If Pulley has no equity data for your company, no records will appear in Pave.

## Fields that sync

Custom mappings may apply to your account.

* Employee name, email
* Grant ID
* Grant date
* Grant type (options, RSU, RSA, common stock, warrant)
* Share count
* Vesting start date, vesting end date
* Vesting schedule (interval, duration, cliff)
