It highlights how far along each department is in submitting their planners' worksheets, enabling users to quickly assess overall completion rates and pinpoint areas where progress may be lagging.

By using this dashboard, users can proactively identify bottlenecks to ensure their cycles stay on track and are completed on time. Ultimately, Cycle Progress equips our customers with actionable insights that help streamline cycle management and improve efficiency throughout the entire process.

What insights are available in the Cycle Progress Dashboard

Progress by Planning Window

The top of the dashboard displays a summary of the cycle’s Planning Windows, and how many planners within each window have submitted their work.

Progress by Department

The middle section of the dashboard shows a breakdown of each planning window’s completion rate by Department

Progress by Planner-Level Submission Statuses

The table at the bottom of the dashboard includes the submission & window status of each planner in the cycle. Admins can sort & filter on this table to surface all overdue planners who need a reminder

Reward Letter Metrics

For finalized cycles, the top section of Cycle Progress dashboard updates to reflect reward letter enablement & engagement metrics.

Redesigned Worksheet Widgets

The new dashboards come with redesigned Cycle progress & Budget spend widgets at the top of the worksheet view. The Cycle Progress dashboard is accessed through the View details link at the top right corner of the Cycle Progress widget.
