This article covers what's new in the June 2026 Market Data release.

## Peer Groups for companies with fewer than 200 employees

Peer Groups are now available for companies with fewer than 200 employees.

To protect data privacy, Pave checks the concentration of your Peer Group when you create or update it. If the employee data in your group is too heavily weighted toward a small number of companies, Pave asks you to add more companies to balance the group before saving.

## New job families

Four new job families are now available with benchmarks across all pay types:

* Clinical Operations Management

* Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

* HRIS Operations

* Plant Operations

## New locations

The following locations are now available with base salary and total cash benchmarks:

* Ghent, Belgium
