[Legacy] Bands Set Audit Log

You can access audit logs in the Band Manager to view all changes made to band sets. There are three levels of audit logs: one on the Band Manager, one on the Band Set, and one on the Band.

Band Manager Audit Log

To access the Band Manager audit log, click the View Audit Log button in the upper right hand corner of the Band Manager.

You can add comments and see all activity for non-legacy band sets for the following actions:

  • Creating a new band set
  • Renaming a band set
  • Updating bands within a band set
  • Publishing a band set
  • Archiving a band set
  • Deleting a band set

Band Set Audit Log

To access the audit log on the band set, click on the three dots icon in the upper right hand corner and click “View Audit Log”

You can add comments and see all activity for non-legacy band sets for the following actions:

  • Creating the band set
  • Renaming the band set
  • Updating the values of a band within the band set
  • Publishing the band set
  • Archiving the band set

When a CSV is uploaded that overrides many values, you will see one audit log event that bundles the bands and says “User uploaded new bands, creating #x bands , updating #y bands, and deleting #z bands.”

To access the audit log of specific bands within a band set,  hover your mouse in the box next to the job family to populate the expansion arrows. Click these arrows to show the band details

You can add comments and see all activity for bands within non-legacy band sets for the following actions:

  • Creating a band
  • Updating the values of a band

Access

Only Band Admins can view the audit log and make comments.
