Reset and delete cycles
What is this?
Resetting a cycle clears all planner inputs and employee-level data entered during the cycle while preserving your cycle configuration, approval chains, and worksheets. This allows you to start the cycle over without needing to rebuild it from scratch. After a reset, each employee's worksheet returns to the first planner in their approval chain.
This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you reset a cycle, all planner inputs, reward letter data, and flags are permanently deleted. There is no way to recover this data after the reset is complete. Download your cycle data before resetting if you need to retain any records.
Before resetting, go to the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the cycle and select Download CSV or Download Cycle History to save a copy of your data.
