# Security at Pave

Security is at the heart of every decision Pave makes. All data utilized in the compensation survey project is completely de-identified both from the individual and from their employer. Simply put, this means that data, ranges, and benchmarks strictly can never be associated with any individual person or company.


Furthermore, we take protecting customer data extremely seriously. This includes:
