With September's data release, Pave's data set now includes data from over 9,000 companies.

One new industry filter is now available:

This release includes 180 companies contributing data to the Aerospace & Defense industry. You can view the full list of contributing companies in the Data Composition Explorer.

The following locations are now available with base salary benchmarks:

• Seoul, South Korea

Equity and variable pay released

Equity and variable pay benchmarks are now available for:

• Dallas/Fort Worth, TX Metro
• San Diego, CA Metro
• Japan
• Singapore

New job families

The following job families are now available with benchmarks:

• Employee Relations
• Product & Commercial Legal

Methodology update

Variable pay models have been updated to improve precision. This update produces more accurate variable pay benchmarks. On average, variable pay benchmarks have decreased slightly and total cash benchmarks have increased slightly as a result of this change.
