Market Data is available in two packages: Market Data Lite and Market Data Pro.
Market Data Lite provides free access to US compensation benchmarks for companies that connect an HRIS. Market Data Pro is a paid subscription that adds global location coverage, advanced equity insights, Peer Groups, reports, and full access to Equity Practices and Global Location Insights.

How to upgrade
You can start the upgrade process in two ways:
From inside Market Data: Upgrade prompts appear throughout Market Data when you interact with Pro features, such as selecting a premium location, creating a Peer Group, or generating a report. Clicking any of these prompts opens a screen where you can schedule a demo with the Pave team.
From the Pave website: Visit pave.com/pricing to compare packages and schedule a demo.
Companies with an active HRIS connection and 200 or fewer employees can also upgrade directly from the app using a credit card, without scheduling a demo.
Things to know
- Market Data Pro pricing is based on your company's size. Schedule a demo to get a quote.
- Your existing HRIS, ATS, and equity management system connections carry over when you upgrade. You do not need to reconnect anything.
- If your organization is on PaveOS, Market Data Pro is included.
