# Upgrade to Market Data Pro

Market Data is available in two packages: Market Data Lite and Market Data Pro.

Market Data Lite provides free access to US compensation benchmarks for companies that connect an HRIS. Market Data Pro is a paid subscription that adds global location coverage, advanced equity insights, Peer Groups, reports, and full access to Equity Practices and Global Location Insights.

## What Market Data Pro includes

Market Data Pro includes everything in Market Data Lite, plus additional capabilities:

## How to upgrade

You can start the upgrade process in two ways:

**From inside Market Data**: Upgrade prompts appear throughout Market Data when you interact with Pro features, such as selecting a premium location, creating a Peer Group, or generating a report. Clicking any of these prompts opens a screen where you can schedule a demo with the Pave team.

**From the Pave website**: Visit [pave.com/pricing](https://pave.com/pricing) to compare packages and schedule a demo.

Companies with an active HRIS connection and 200 or fewer employees can also upgrade directly from the app using a credit card, without scheduling a demo.

## Things to know

- Market Data Pro pricing is based on your company's size. Schedule a demo to get a quote.
- Your existing HRIS, ATS, and equity management system connections carry over when you upgrade. You do not need to reconnect anything.
- If your organization is on PaveOS, Market Data Pro is included.
