Upload/Download Bands

There are two methods for updating band sets depending on if they are in draft or are live. For both methods, when updating any bands set the column names must be the same as the original template. To make this as smooth as possible, you can download the original template or band set, make the necessary edits, and then upload the edited CSV file to capture the changes. Follow the steps below for updating a draft band set, or for updating a completed band set.

Uploading to a Draft Band Set

1. Select the existing draft band set:  
2. Click the 3 dots in the top right corner
3. Download the CSV template
4. Once the CSV Band template has been filled out, re-upload the completed CSV into the band set within Pave:  
5. Resolve errors if they exist
6. Click "Confirm and Upload" to complete the updates successfully

Uploading a Completed Band Set

1. Select the existing band:  
2. Click the "..." button to download the CSV:  
3. Without changing any column names, make the necessary updates in the downloaded CSV
4. Save the changes
5. Click “Upload CSV” in the band set and choose your upload type (see here for details):  
6. Resolve errors if they exist
7. Upload CSV successfully
