# Connect Ledgy

Ledgy is an equity management integration that syncs grant data to Pave. You connect by adding Pave as a collaborator in Ledgy with read-only access.

## Before you connect

- You must have an **Administrator** or **Owner** account in Ledgy.

## Connect Ledgy to Pave

1. Log in to your [Ledgy](https://ledgy.com/) Administrator or Owner account.
2. Go to **Company Settings > Collaborators**.
3. Select **Add collaborator** and enter the following:
   - Name: **Pave**
   - Email: **integrations@pave.com**
   - Access level: **Viewer**
4. Select **Invite**.
5. In Pave, go to **Connections** and find Ledgy.
6. Click **Submit** to complete the connection.

## Troubleshooting

**No data appears after connecting:**
Verify that your Ledgy account has active equity grants. If Ledgy has no grant data for your company, no records will appear in Pave.

**Grants are missing for some employees:**
Pave matches grants to employees using the email address in Ledgy. If an employee's email in Ledgy does not match their record in Pave, their grants will not be associated.

**A grant shows as cancelled:**
If a grant has multiple transactions in Ledgy that net to zero diluted shares, Pave treats it as cancelled and excludes it.

- Vesting start date
- Vesting schedule (duration, cliff, interval)
