Connect Global Shares

Global Shares is an equity management integration that syncs grant data to Pave via file delivery. Setup for this integration is coordinated with your Pave team.

Before you connect

• You need admin access in Global Shares to generate the required reports.

Connect Global Shares to Pave

Your Pave team will set up the connection. To prepare, generate these three reports from Global Shares:

1. Grant & Award Activity: includes grant activity per participant (granted, vested, exercised, forfeited, and expired share counts).
2. Grant Balances Tranche Level: includes grant details and tranche-level balances per participant.
3. Vest Details: includes vesting schedule details per grant.

Provide all three reports to your Pave team to complete the setup.

Troubleshooting

No data appears after setup All three reports are required. If any report is missing, the integration cannot process the data.

Fields that sync

Custom mappings may apply to your account.

• Employee name, email, employee ID
• Grant ID
• Grant date
• Grant type
• Share count (adjusted for forfeitures and expirations)
• Vesting start date, vesting end date
• Vesting schedule
