[Legacy] How to duplicate band sets

• Click on the 3 dot menu in the top right corner of the band set. Click "Duplicate Band Set". A dialog box will populate at the bottom of the screen confirming the band set was duplicated. You can navigate to the duplicated bands set by clicking "here" in the dialog box*

• To publish the band set, click "Publish" in the top right corner of the screen. If there are unmatched bands, you can view them now and take action to correct them or ignore them by clicking "Ignore Warnings and Publish".

• Select whether this band set should be made live or associated with a merit cycle. If the band is to be associated with a merit cycle, you will select the cycle from the drop down. Click "Publish" once your selections have been made.

*Any new band sets will populate in the Draft section of the band manager*

*Publishing the duplicate band set will archive any other active band sets*
