Who has access
Pave Agent is not yet available to everyone at your company. It goes to people with the Admin role, so someone without that role cannot be given access to it.
Having the Admin role does not on its own mean you have Pave Agent. Access is turned on per person by Pave rather than from your account settings, so two colleagues who both have the Admin role will not necessarily both have Pave Agent. If you do not see Pave Agent in the left sidebar, it has not been turned on for you.
What your colleagues share with you
Some of what you set up in Pave Agent belongs to your company, and some of it is yours alone. The difference decides where to put something you want to stick.
Guidance belongs to your company. There is one Guidance document, not one per person. A change to it applies to everyone's questions, saving replaces what was there, and there is no version history to fall back on, so it is worth agreeing on edits before making them. See the article on setting up Guidance.
Skills belong to your company. A Skill is not owned by the person who wrote it. That includes the ones Pave provides, which can be edited or deleted the same as any other. See the article on setting up Skills.
Uploaded files are visible to your colleagues. Files in the library are accessible across all Pave Agent admin users at your company.
One thing to know about how that works in practice: Pave Agent draws on the files you uploaded. A file a colleague uploaded appears in the library, but Pave Agent will not pull it into your analysis. If you need to work from a colleague's file, upload your own copy. See the article on uploading files and exporting results.
What Pave Agent remembers is yours alone. As you work with it, it picks things up from your conversations. That stays with you and does not reach your teammates. This is the one most people get wrong: correcting Pave Agent in a conversation fixes it for you, not for the person sitting next to you.
Your conversations are private. Other people cannot see your chat history, and conversations cannot be shared. To pass an analysis to someone, download the result and send them the file.
Things to know
If it should apply to everyone, write it down. A correction you make in conversation stays with you. Put anything the whole team should work from into Guidance or into a Skill.
There is no view-only mode. Guidance and Skills have no read-only level. Anyone who can open Context can change what is in it.
