Total Rewards or Visual Offer Letter Portal

To view an offer letter as a candidate or your total rewards as an employee, you’ll need to create a Pave account. To create a Pave account, navigate to the company's Pave portal. Pave portals typically follow the “companyname.pave.com/signup” formula; for instance for a company named “Pied Piper”, their portal would be “piedpiper.pave.com/signup”.

Once you navigate to the company’s portal, create an account that is associated with the email address the employer has for you -- if you are an employee, that is your work email address. Note that the password must be longer than 8 characters, have at least one upper and lower case character and one special character.

If your email address on file with the employer is a Google account (or Google hosted account), you can use the “Sign in with Google” option, found on “companyname.pave.com/signup” login to create your account.

If you are an employee creating an account, and your email is different than the email address on file in the company’s HR systems, you may be asked to link another email address with the account:

Overview

If you haven't created an account with Pave yet, create an account before trying to log in.

To view an offer letter as a candidate or your total rewards as an employee, you’ll need to log into your company's Pave portal. Pave portals typically follow the “companyname.pave.com/signup” formula; for instance for a company named “Pied Piper”, their portal would be “piedpiper.pave.com/signup”.

To access Pave's Admin portal, where you can set up integrations, manage merit cycle compensation changes or generate visual offer letters, you'll need to log in to Pave Admin. The URL for Pave Admin is "admin.pave.com".

If you get an error or a blank screen when attempting to log in, ensure the email address you are using to log in is (1) the primary email address your company has for you (if you are a recruiter, it should be the same email you use in your ATS; if you are an employee it should be the same email you would use to log into your payroll/HR system), and (2) is the same email address you used when creating an account.

Using Google

If the email address you signed up to Pave with is a Google account (or Google hosted account), you can use the “Sign in with Google” option. You may be prompted to confirm your identity via Google.

There are two types of data that Pave collects, anonymizes, and distributes:

Real-time salary and variable cash data for current and past employees. This is usually found in an HRIS solution like BambooHR or a payroll solution like ADP.
Equity data. This is usually found in a cap table solution like Carta but sometimes exists in HRIS solutions like BambooHR or Workday.
Total compensation consists of both cash and equity, so integrate your HRIS/Payroll and your cap table system to get the full value of Pave's benchmarking data.

Pave's benchmarking platform allows you to get a real-time pulse on compensation benchmarks for offer letters, equity grants, and merit cycle decisions.
