Generally, bands for Executive levels follow a different pattern than individual contributors and managers. They are often very wide (to account for executives that want most of their comp in equity) and have no relationship to individual or manager bands (rather, are often tied to the compensation of other executives, if anything). Because of these factors, Pave does not make Executive bands, but we do offer Executive benchmarks in our benchmarking tool.
Executive compensation is often hyper specific to each company's situation (especially regarding cash v. equity split).
