Pave leverages the same prediction engine that helps us categorize job families and levels for our benchmarking tool. This prediction engine uses factors in your HRIS such as title, department (or related field like function), number of direct reports and distance from CEO to help predict the job family and level. You may notice some employees that are not correctly categorized in the right job family or level — that is normal, make sure to level your employees in the correct Pave level as part of the band building exercise on the “Employees” tab within the Band Creation toolkit.
