No band will be generated for a job family if the P3 level associated with that job family & the filters you used to create the bands (specifically your base location & your company maturity filters) does not have at least 5 data points. Pave uses P3 — a mid-career individual contributor and a very common level in most job families — to predict the expected midpoint for other levels within the job family (if no data for another level is available), so if no P3 data is present, it cannot predict the correct band midpoint and the band for the job family cannot be verified. You can always “write in” a value for the band if not data is generated for it by selecting the “Edit” button in the band creation flow.
