Pave’s benchmarking data is based on real-time integrations with HRIS and cap table tools which enables Pave to offer functionally real-time benchmarking data. Practically, this means that Pave releases new data every month (give or take). If you created a band set we use the benchmarking data as it looked on the day you created the band. If you then later see that the band no longer matches the benchmarking data, we recommend re-creating a new band set, which will pull new benchmarking data.
