Pave Benchmarking currently offers US, UK, and Canadian data, though increasing international coverage is a big focus for Pave. We recently launched a new product called Location Insights. Location Insights allows you to identify location differentials across cities and countries to build international compensation programs. Interested in learning more? I use Option Driver to build and manage my bands, what does Pave offer that’s similar?
Pave’s Compensation Bands product allows you to build, edit, visualize, and share your compensation bands at scale. I use the Option Driver Market Data and Price a Job reports, what does Pave offer that is similar?
Pave’s Benchmarking product is Pave’s API-driven, real-time compensation database. By simply connecting via APIs to your HRIS and cap table software, Benchmarking can dynamically provide access to real-time, contextualized compensation data ensuring your salary and equity targets are up-to-date as you create compensation plans. Within our data product, you are able to drill down into specific segments of companies by stage, # of employees, industry (executive compensation), and more, across the US, UK, and Canada - and our dataset is growing everyday.
Option Impact US, UK, and Canadian data is already available in Pave Benchmarking. Once you integrate with Pave and access the Benchmarking dataset, you are given the option to search for a benchmark using 3 data source options: Pave, Option Impact, or Combined (Pave + Option Impact). Beginning in August, the only way to search Option Impact data will be through the Combined (Pave + Option Impact) data source option. Option Impact data will remain a part of the holistic Benchmarking dataset until at least January 3, 2024, and potentially longer, as long as the data quality is up to standard.
If I only want access to Pave’s Benchmarking product, how do I integrate my HRIS and cap table software?
