Pave’s new Analytics Overview dashboard in Team View gives customer admins deeper insight into your organization to understand how your workforce is compensated and dig into potential inequities.
The Analytics Overview dashboard allows you to investigate the following using our default set of charts:
Each chart can be grouped by the following fields, provided the selected field is mapped correctly in your integration:
- Department (default)
- Level
- Gender
- Ethnicity
- Country
- City
Note: You are only able to select 2 fields at a time for filtering.
The following message means that you don’t have the required data mappings to display certain fields. Work with your CSM or contact support to configure the data you need.
Exploring your data
Add global filters to configure what employee data displays in the dashboard
Group data by the available variables to understand how different employee groups compare
Add filters at the chart level to configure exactly what data you want represented for each metric
Alternatively, click into part of a chart and select “Add to filter” to dive into specific groups.
Use the dropdowns to access different views of certain charts
Want to see just vested or unvested equity value or see equity in terms of shares? Use the dropdown in the top left to view exactly the data breakdown you need.
Drill in at the employee level
Click on a part of the chart > “View employees” to see a list of employees comprising that group alongside the data associated with the chart. The data seen in this employee list is determined by the data access permissions configured for the admin role.
For more data on those employees, click “Open in Team View” to navigate to Team View, pre-filtered to just these employees.
