Use market data to create a band

You can look at a specific job and create a band from this job.

Use Market Data as a Benchmark

1. To attach a specific band to market data, click on “use as benchmark” in the upper right hand corner.

2. Select the band set you want to benchmark.

3. You will then be taken to the Benchmarking View where you can attach the market data to the band.

Create a Band from Market Data

1. If you identify a specific survey slice that you want to create a band from, you can click into the survey slice, and choose “create band.”
2. To create a band based on your uploaded market data, choose the band set you want to create the band in using this market data, select the applicable pay types, and fill out the relevant band info.
3. Now you can view the created band in your band set
