Role management lets an account admin add users to an account, assign Pave roles to users within their company, control users access to the Market Data platform, and remove users.

Add Users
To add users to your Benchmarking account you will navigate to the Settings tab in the left sidebar menu. From there, you will click the +Add User button.
You will then type in the user's information, select which roles to assign to them, and click Save. This adds that user to the account and also sends them an invite so they can set up their user account. (Note: You can only add users from your company using an email address that is your company's domain)
Assign Users to a Role
With multiple users on your account you can assign the users a role, or several roles. To do this, navigate to the users list, search for the user, and then click on the pencil icon to the far right.
In the pop out, click on the + icon to add role(s) to the user. After you have added the role(s) to the user, click Save.
Manage access by Role
Access can be controlled on a role level by enabling/disabling the blue toggle for features as shown below:
Once you enable a product toggle, expand the dropdown to view the role’s current permission settings.
Here you are able to adjust the toggles for the role based on the different features where you want the role to have access. In this example, the Benchmarker role has access to use the Benchmarking tool but does not have access to the Integrations feature. Always remember to Save all desired role changes!
Remove Users
There are 2 ways that you can remove a user.
The first is by clicking the checkbox next to their name in the users list, and then clicking on the Remove Users button. This is a great option for bulk removing users!
The second is by clicking on the pencil icon to the far right in the users row, and then clicking Remove User at the bottom left of the pop out.
