Advanced Equity uses a combination of Pave’s real-time integration-based data and user-submitted information to help customers understand equity benchmarks in the context of their company’s unique philosophy and understand where they might adjust their compensation philosophy to stay in-line with market movement.

Sample sizes are based on the number of companies. Equity practices give insight into what each company is adhering to around equity, not individual employees.
