Why did I receive an error message when I was creating my account?
If you received the error message this means that you either:
- Tried to sign up for Pave using an email address that is already linked to an existing user account
- Tried to log into Pave using a signup link instead of the Pave login URL
To resolve this, please visit https://app.pave.com/login and try to log in. If you aren't able to log in via SSO or with an existing password, please try resetting your password at https://app.pave.com/forgotten-password.
I'm trying to verify my email address but I'm having trouble. How can I verify my account?
If you're receiving a notification that the email verification link has expired or your email has already been verified, it's likely our system is recognizing that the email verification link has already been used to verify your email address. If so, you should be able to successfully log into Pave at https://app.pave.com/login.

Why can't I sign up for Pave using my .edu work email address?
Because our Benchmarking product is designed for use by company teams, our system is designed to ensure that all company accounts are created using email addresses linked to a company domain. The participating companies in our dataset are mostly VC-backed tech companies, so our system generally prohibits Benchmarking accounts from being established using email addresses linked to an .edu domain.
If your team is using one of our supported HRIS or payroll systems and you would like to integrate with Pave to access the free Benchmarking dataset, please reach out to our support team with the following information:
- The name of the HRIS or payroll system you'll be integrating
- The roles or job families your team is looking to benchmark
