What is shown in my Total Rewards Portal?
You will see your total compensation! This includes salary, bonuses, variable compensation, equity, and benefits.
Can I download or print my reward letter?
Yes! To download your letter:
- Click Reward Letters in the top right corner of your rewards portal.
- Click Download PDF at the top right corner of the reward letter.
*If you have multiple letters, select the letter you'd like to view from the drop down in the top left corner of the reward letter*
Why can't I see my equity in the Total Rewards portal?
Your equity grant will appear in Pave once it has been uploaded to your cap table system. It may take a few weeks after you begin working at a new company for them to start this process. Here's what's happening:
- The board has to approve your grant. This normally occurs at the first board meeting after your start date. Depending on the cycle in which your company conducts board meetings, this could occur during your first week or later.
- Your grant has yet to be uploaded into your cap table. Once the board approves your grant, it has to be uploaded into your cap table system. This process can take time and varies by company.
Once your grant has been approved and is uploaded, your grant should be viewable in Pave's Total Rewards Portal.
If you aren't seeing your grant, confirm that you have access to your cap table system and that your grant is visible there. If you confirm this and still can't see it, please reach out to your manager or contact support@pave.com.
How do I turn off the confetti flourish for Total Rewards and Visual Offer Letters?
Please reach out to support@pave.com if you'd like to disable or enable the confetti flourish users see when accessing their rewards portal or offer letter.
How do I find my reward letter?
Pave will not send your Reward Letters by email. Instead, you can view your Reward Letters in your Total Rewards portal using the following steps:
- Log into Pave at https://app.pave.com/login
- Select Total Rewards in the left menu
- Click the View my own portal button (if applicable)
- Select Reward Letters in the upper-right corner of your Total Reward portal

What fields are required to send a Visual Offer Letter?
You will need to fill out a candidate's; name, job title, job city, job country, start date, personal email address, compensation information, and equity information (if applicable)
How are currency exchange rates determined for Total Rewards and Visual Offer Letters?
The local currency will be based on your HRIS or ATS data. We use https://exchangerate.host/ to provide exchange rates for international employees viewing their compensation in their country's currency.

Why can't I see the offer letter for my candidate?
As a recruiter, there could be a few reasons that you aren't seeing the offer letter for your candidate. Please take a moment to run through the checklist below:
- Confirm that the offer is in an active state, and has not been moved to accepted or declined
- Confirm that the offer has a salary listed
- Confirm that your work email address is listed as the recruiter email address
If you've confirmed all 3 of these and still aren't seeing the offer populated in Pave, please reach out to support@pave.com!
Where did my Visual Offer Letter go?
In order to access a Pave account created during the recruiting process, the offer linked to the Visual Offer Letter must still be in the active state in the employer's applicant tracking system (ATS). Once an offer is accepted, the corresponding Visual Offer Letter letter will no longer be accessible in Pave.
If you have any questions about your compensation or benefits before your start date, please reach out to your recruiter.
Once you onboard with your new company, you'll be able to create a new Pave account using your company email address using the following steps:
- Navigate to https://app.pave.com/signup
- Enter your new company email address and click the Continue button
- Follow the prompts to register your email address

How do I know if an offer letter has been sent?
If an offer has been sent to a candidate, the Send Offer button will update to say Resend Offer. When hovering over the Resend Offer button, the date and time the offer was sent will populate.
