All data utilized in the compensation survey project is completely de-identified both from the individual and from their employer to preserve 100% anonymity. Simply put, this means that data, ranges, and benchmarks strictly can never be associated with any individual person or company.
Furthermore, we take protecting customer data extremely seriously. This includes:
- Our Privacy Policy
- Regularly conducted third-party penetration tests (report available upon request)
- Third-party audits/assessments of Pave's controls/processes (SOC2 Type2 Audit Report and DPIA available upon request)
- GDPR and CCPA compliance
Pave’s Security Packet, which contains our SOC2 report and other security information mentioned above, is available upon the completion of an MNDA.
