Pave operates under a give-to-get model. To access the Pave compensation benchmarks, integrate Pave with your company's HRIS and Cap Table systems. Participating companies who share their HR data will get free, ongoing access to Pave’s real-time benchmarking portal.
To get access, follow these steps:
- Sign up here
- Follow the prompts to create your account
- On the Integrations tab:
- Integrate a supported HRIS/payroll system to unlock the salary benchmarking data
- Integrate a supported cap table to unlock the equity benchmarking data
Select a supported system by clicking the Add Integration button for both HRIS/Payroll and Cap Table. This will provide you with step-by-step integration instructions!
