Our compensation benchmark is a window into real-time salary, bonus/variable and equity compensation for hundreds of jobs. Pave uses an API-forward approach for ease of use and to ensure up-to-date compensation data.
The benchmark is broken down by departments, job families, seniority levels, locations, and company stages (valuation, capital raised, employee count).
Pave’s compensation benchmarking data is “give-to-get”: an organization gets access to the types of data that they contribute to the data set. If you’d like to participate in Pave’s benchmarking compensation project, you can sign-up here!
Opt-in to the aggregated data network by integrating your company's HRIS and/or Cap Table systems. Integrating your HRIS will give you access to salary and variable cash benchmarks, and integrating your Cap table will give you access to equity benchmarks. You are only able to integrate one HRIS and one Cap Table.
Note: We do not support any manual uploads of data for HRIS and Cap tables. In order to gain access you must integrate your respective systems. Read more about why here.

There are two types of data that Pave collects, aggregates, and distributes:
-
Real-time salary and variable cash data for current and past employees. This is usually found in an HRIS solution like BambooHR or a payroll solution like ADP.
-
Equity data. This is usually found in a cap table solution like Carta but sometimes exists in HRIS solutions like BambooHR or Workday.
Total compensation consists of both cash and equity, so integrate your HRIS/Payroll and your cap table system to get the full value of Pave's benchmarking data.
