If your organization has divisions in countries that think about compensation in monthly terms instead of annual, Pave supports a configuration that adds a toggle to let users switch between pay in monthly and annual terms. It will default such that all planners see values in monthly terms.
Pave converts annualized numbers from your HRIS into monthly figures by dividing by 12 (e.g. $81,113 annually is equivalent to $6,759.42 per month).
Work with your Implementation Manager to enable this functionality if it applies for your organization.
