Pave operates under a give-to-get model. Surveys are error-prone and time-consuming to fill out, so Pave leverages integrations. This means that participating companies who share their HR data will unlock ongoing, free access to Pave benchmarking. To integrate with Pave, you’ll need to enter your HRIS credentials during the set up process, and cap table credentials if you want access to equity benchmarks. Once those systems are connected, you’re good to go - no more surveys required!
