If you received the error message "There was an error creating your account" when signing up for Pave, it's likely that you already have an existing user account under the same email address.
Instead of creating a new account, please visit https://app.pave.com/login and try to log in. If you aren't able to log in via SSO or with an existing password, please try resetting your password at https://app.pave.com/forgotten-password.
