Similar to other market data providers, Pave operates on a give-to-get basis for market data. In order to participate, you can configure automated report feeds from your HRIS and equity management system. Pave collects the minimum required employee demographic, cash and equity compensation information. Refer to the instructions on our Integrations page for your specific HRIS and EMS for further detail.

Monthly, Pave uses the data provided by our 7,500+ customers to associate each individual record with a standardized job family, level, location and company stage (de-identifying the data). Subsequently, all of this data is aggregated into a bell curve where statistical percentiles are calculated. These percentiles are then displayed in the Market Data product. All market data shown in our product is anonymous and cannot be traced to an individual or company.
