Connect Greenhouse

Greenhouse is an ATS integration that syncs candidate, offer, and compensation data to Pave via OAuth. Pave also receives real-time offer updates through webhooks.

Before you connect

• You must be a Greenhouse Site Admin to authorize the connection.
• Pave requests read-only access to your Greenhouse data. You do not need to configure API keys or credentials manually.

Connect Greenhouse to Pave

1. In Pave, go to Connections and find Greenhouse.
2. Click Authorize. You will be redirected to Greenhouse.
3. Make sure you are logged in as a Greenhouse Site Admin.
4. Review the permissions Pave is requesting and click Authorize to approve.
5. You will be redirected back to Pave. Go to Connections and verify the Greenhouse integration shows as connected.

Troubleshooting

No offers appear after connecting Pave only ingests offers that include compensation information. If offers are missing, confirm that each offer in Greenhouse has a Salary compensation type mapped. Offers without compensation data are filtered out.

Connection shows an error The authorization may not have completed. Go to Connections, find Greenhouse, and click Authorize to restart the process. You must be logged in as a Greenhouse Site Admin.

Some candidates are missing Pave requires a valid email address and at least one compensation entry for each candidate. Candidates without both are excluded from the sync. Interns are also filtered out by default.

Offers from candidates who were unhired When a candidate is unhired in Greenhouse, Pave re-syncs the offer and updates its status accordingly.

After you connect

Pave syncs Greenhouse data on a nightly schedule. For real-time offer updates, work with your CSE to set up webhooks. Once configured, offer events (created, updated, approved, deleted) appear within minutes.

• Job title
• Employment type (defaults to full-time)
• Level
• City or work location
• Start date
• Offer status
• Offer date
• Recruiter name, recruiter email
• Hiring managers (when job-level data is enabled)

Compensation fields

• Salary (base pay)
• Signing bonus
• Annual bonus
• Relocation bonus
• Equity: options and RSUs (share count)
• Currency (may require mapping)

Additional data

• Custom fields: Supported. Pave can sync additional fields from Greenhouse keyed custom fields. Contact Pave to configure custom field mappings.
