ATS integrations
ATS integrations
ATS integrations sync candidate and offer data from your applicant tracking system into Pave. This data powers Visual Offer Letter and Total Rewards communications for candidates.
ATS integrations are optional. You can also create and manage offers manually in Pave without connecting an ATS.
What data syncs
Pave pulls the following from your ATS for each offer:
- Candidate details: Name, email
- Offer information: Job title, department, level, employment type, start date, location
- Offer status: Where the offer stands in the approval and acceptance process
- Recruiter: Recruiter name and email associated with the offer
How ATS data is used in Pave
- Visual Offer Letter: Generates offer documents with candidate and compensation details pulled from your ATS.
- Total Rewards: Displays the full compensation package (salary, equity, bonuses, benefits) to candidates during the offer stage.
When an offer is created or updated in your ATS, Pave reflects those changes in the corresponding Visual Offer Letter and Total Rewards page.
Supported providers
- Ashby
- Greenhouse
- Lever
- Workday ATS
Each provider has a dedicated connect article with setup instructions and troubleshooting.
Real-time updates with webhooks
Some ATS providers support webhooks in addition to standard polling. Webhooks let your ATS push updates to Pave the moment an offer is created, updated, or accepted, rather than waiting for Pave's next scheduled sync.
Providers with webhook support: Ashby, Greenhouse, and Workday ATS.
Your provider's connect article covers whether webhooks are available and how to set them up.
Connection methods
- OAuth: You authorize Pave in your ATS (for example, Greenhouse, Lever).
- API key: You provide an API key from your ATS (for example, Ashby).
- RaaS: You configure a report in your ATS that Pave pulls from (for example, Workday ATS).
