Learning Hub
Compensation statements often raise more questions than they answer. Employees want to understand how their equity vesting works, what their benefits mean in real terms, or why their cash compensation is structured a certain way. Candidates need context about your compensation philosophy to fully appreciate the value of an offer. When this information isn't readily available, employees contact HR repeatedly with the same questions, or worse, they undervalue their total compensation package because they don't understand it.
Learning Hub solves this by embedding self-service education directly in Total Rewards and Visual Offer Letter. Your employees and candidates can access contextual help right when they need it—while reviewing their compensation—instead of waiting for HR to respond or searching through multiple systems. This reduces repetitive questions to your team and helps people truly understand and appreciate what they're being paid.
Learning Hub is a customizable resource drawer that lets you create educational content pages with rich text and custom titles. You control who sees each page based on role (employee vs. candidate), pay type, or access to features like the Compensation Simulator. Employees and candidates access Learning Hub by clicking the "Learning Hub" button in the top-right corner of their Total Rewards or Visual Offer Letter view. Each page you create appears as a menu link in the drawer's navigation.
You can publish pages immediately or save them as drafts (unpublished pages are only visible to admins), reorder pages to control menu order, and target specific audiences with conditional visibility rules. When multiple visibility conditions are set on a page, all conditions must be met for that page to appear (AND logic).
