## How to Create a Support Ticket with Pave

## Using Pave’s Support Portal


1. Navigate to support.pave.com
2. Type your question into the search bar where it says "Search for answers or start a ticket"
3. Our AI Assistant will provide relevant answers and article recommendations based on your question
4. If you need additional help, click "Fill out a support ticket" at the bottom of the AI response to submit a request to our Support team
5. You can also type follow-up questions to get more specific answers before submitting a ticket

## Using Messenger within Pave’s App

You can find the "Chat with us" link when you're logged into your Pave account in [app.pave.com](https://app.pave.com/), or within our Support Portal.


1. Navigate to [app.pave.com](https://app.pave.com/) 
2. Click on the help button in the lower left hand corner of the navigation bar
3. The Pave chat window will appear
4. Initially, our AI bot will provide generative answers and article recommendations based on the key words used in your question
5. If the generative answer doesn't fully resolve your issue you'll be given the ability to submit a ticket

Our Support agents will review the tickets and respond back typically via email after further research has been done.
