How to Create a Support Ticket with Pave
Using Pave’s Support Portal
- Navigate to the Pave’s Support Portal
- Click on the “Contact Us” button
- You can create a ticket to our Support Team by filling out the request form:
Using Live Chat within Pave’s App
You can find the "Chat with us" link when you're logged into your Pave account in app.pave.com, or within our Support Portal.
- Navigate to app.pave.com
- Click on the chat bubble in the lower left hand corner of the navigation bar
- The Pave chat window will appear
- Initially, our chatbot will suggest article recommendations based on the key words used in your question
- To talk directly with an agent, click the “Get in touch” option within Chat
- Our Support agents will respond within the Chat window
- Depending on how complicated the request is, we may need additional time to investigate. In these cases, we will move the chat request to an email ticket to follow up with more details.
